The Spa Hotel at Ribby Hall Village offers guests a beautiful and peaceful location to relax and unwind. Many guests enjoyed the stunning surroundings of the hotel with beautiful views and a small lake. The location is also convenient and easy to find, making it a perfect place to stay while exploring the area. The hotel is nicely set back on site, separated from the village, providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, guests loved the location and found it to be excellent for their needs. Whether you're looking to meander about or simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings, the Spa Hotel at Ribby Hall Village offers the perfect setting.

Breakfast

Spa Hotel at Ribby Hall Village boasts a high standard breakfast with plenty of options to cater for all tastes. Guests raved about the delicious, awesome and amazing food which some even claimed was Michelin star quality! The breakfast menu is large and varied with lots of hot dishes to choose from as well as a good continental selection. The breakfast service was also excellent with fantastic friendly staff ensuring that everything was well presented and cooked to order. However, some guests felt that the breakfast was lacking for those with allergies. Despite this, the Lancashire breakfast was highly recommended and the toast was delicious. Breakfast is served until 10.30am, adding to the convenience of staying at this hotel. Overall, guests thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and added it to their list of reasons to return to the hotel where they enjoyed other amenities such as the spa and dinner.

The Spa Hotel at Ribby Hall Village is a haven for foodies with exceptional restaurant staff serving up some incredibly delicious meals. Guests raved about the awesome dinners and how the food was beautifully served and hot. While some mentioned the limited menu, the food was still absolutely beautiful and tasty. Fantastic friendly staff only add to the dining experience with the evening meal from the Orangery described as just sublime and the food in both the Orangery and the restaurant incredible. Unfortunately, not all guests were completely satisfied with the food with some saying it could have been better and even describing one meal as inedible with a risotto like slush. Nevertheless, most guests enjoyed great quality food and highlighted the lovely room and delicious breakfast as an added bonus to their stay.

We were impressed with how the staff went above and beyond their duties to make our stay extra special. They were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive to our every need. The hotel staff at every encounter were fabulous and the customer service was incredible. From receptionists to spa staff, bar staff and breakfast/dinner staff, everyone was exceptional. They were professional, friendly and confident in their job. The restaurant staff was accommodating, especially with our dietary requirements. The staff offered excellent service with a smile and we couldn't have asked for better service. Although some reception staff on arrival and departure could have been friendlier, the majority of the staff were lovely and accommodating throughout our stay. The waiting on and bar staff were really attentive, welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The staff at the Spa Hotel at Ribby Hall Village made our stay welcoming, relaxing and enjoyable and we couldn't recommend them highly enough. Overall, we rate the staff at this hotel 10 out of 10 for their excellent service, friendliness and helpfulness.
