The Covid safe policies were implemented and followed excellently, deserving no fault from the guests. The Pavillion Bar below the apartments was also lovely with friendly staff. The owner was described as very helpful and thoughtful, even going the extra mile to open the door when it wouldn't open at 9 pm. Guests appreciated the help they received from staff with their bags and for being made to feel welcome. With such excellent customer service, many guests expressed their desire to return to the Pavilion Holiday Apartments on their next visit.
