Great Wolf Lodge Traverse City has comfortable and clean rooms, perfect for a restful sleep. Some rooms are large and ideal for families, while others have balconies for a scenic view. One guest had an issue with the cleanliness of the bathtub, but the staff quickly resolved it. However, a few rooms were deemed old and worn and in need of an update. Additionally, some guests complained about noise in the halls and fluctuations in room temperature. Despite these minor issues, guests loved the spacious family loft room and appreciated the prompt attention from staff when needed.

For those who crave caffeine, the Dunkin Donuts staff may need to step up their game, though. The indoor restaurant's wait staff was top-notch, delivering great service. Unfortunately, the registration team could use some improvement regarding their communication and professionalism, as a few guests had issues with refunds and deposits. Despite a few rude and lazy individuals, the majority of the Great Wolf Lodge Traverse City staff provides an amazing level of customer service.

The Great Wolf Lodge Traverse City boasts a fantastic waterpark that families will love. Guests found the waterpark to be fun and amazing with their kids spending hours enjoying the various attractions. The staff in the waterpark were praised for being very helpful. Although some guests felt that the swim area closed too early, others found the lazy river to be fun, although some suggested making it deeper. The addition of the yellow slide was a blast. While one guest complained about rude staff, the majority found the waterpark to be great and nice with tons to do like minigolf, Magiquest and more. The family-friendly atmosphere was highlighted, although some guests wished for longer pool hours and more lifeguards.
