Location
The Park Hyatt Tokyo is located in the heart of the bustling business district surrounded by plenty of shopping options. The hotel is nicely situated near Shinjuku and Yoyogi Park, making it very convenient for exploration. However, it is a bit remote when it comes to public transport options. Nevertheless, the hotel's location is considered great and super convenient. Guests can enjoy an adventurous and fun experience when entering the hotel through Park Tower. Although it is a bit of a walk from the JR-Shinjuku station, the location is still considered superb. The downside is that the neighborhood doesn't offer many dining options within a five-minute walking distance. Additionally, the hotel has a policy of covering tattoos in the pool area.

The buffet offers a variety of options with fresh madeleines from the pan being a standout. Guests enjoyed everything from sausages and eggs to yogurt and fruit at the American breakfast with special mentions for the croissant and pan au chocolate. The dark hot chocolate that came in a pot was also highly enjoyed. Guests also appreciate the option for room service breakfast with its delicious taste and luxury. The Japanese style breakfast is also highly recommended. Overall, guests found the breakfast to be lavish and tasty with many enjoying the added touch of being able to have breakfast in their rooms.

The staff and services provided by the hotel, including the restaurants, are excellent. Guests particularly loved the spaciousness of the room, the firm and comfortable beds and the large bathroom with a hot bath. Plus, the room comes equipped with three different kinds of complimentary coffee to enjoy. While some guests noted minor wear and tear in the room, the overall vibe of the hotel feels quiet, clean and luxurious. Plus, you won't want to miss the high-tech Japanese toilets!
