Many families stayed for weddings, Christmas gatherings and family get-togethers and all found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable for adults and children alike. The hotel staff were especially kind and helpful to families with young children, providing cots and putting on great facilities for kids during half term, including a smaller paddling pool for toddlers. Kids loved the pool and were able to swim until 8pm. Even furry family members were welcome, as the hotel is a great place to stay with kids and dogs. The hotel's amenities and helpful staff make it a lovely halfway stop for families traveling to and from Cornwall or other destinations.
