The hotel also offers exceptional facilities and services with stunning surroundings, making for a superb holiday experience. The only minor complaints were about some of the staff appearing overloaded and some rooms being a little too warm or having slightly old-fashioned TVs. Overall, guests have described their experience at Trefloyne Manor as absolutely brilliant and highly recommend it to others.

Trefloyne Manor is a beautiful hotel situated in a perfect location for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Surrounded by stunning countryside and set on a picturesque golf course, this venue offers fantastic views of the landscape. It's an excellent base to explore the area with easy access to Tenby, a beautiful town just a few minutes away. The hotel's setting is lovely and quiet, making it ideal for those who want to wake up to a great landscape and enjoy some peace and tranquility. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and the food is spot on. The driveway is very picturesque and the character of the building adds to the charm of the place. In short, Trefloyne Manor is a perfect location for a weekend away or a longer stay in Pembrokeshire.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served in a beautiful, bright and airy dining room that offers stunning views of the surroundings. There is a plentiful selection of hot and cold options available with plenty of variety. Guests have praised the vegan and vegetarian options on the breakfast menu and suggested they be more prominent on the evening menu too. Overall, the food is outstanding and the staff provides an impeccable service, going above and beyond to make sure guests are well taken care of. Breakfast is complimentary and parking is ample.

The staff keeps the rooms immaculately clean and well-presented. For those who prioritize privacy, the accommodation may feel a little less private as it is adjacent to the golf course and its members. However, the accommodation is exceptionally comfortable, modern and tastefully furnished. The only complaint guests had was that some rooms could become too hot and the TV seemed slightly old-fashioned for a stay of this price. Overall, the rooms at Trefloyne Manor have fantastic qualities and everything is perfect except for a few minor details.

Trefloyne Manor is an exceptional hotel with amazing staff, who are warm, welcoming and always accommodating. The customer service is impeccable and every member of staff interacted with is so nice. Staff are friendly, polite and professional and go out of their way to please guests. They are always willing to provide recommendations on places to visit and the breakfast staff in particular are fantastic. The restaurant staff are very attentive and polite. Staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough for guests. Guests were made to feel relaxed and welcomed from arrival and throughout their stay and the service and welcome were wonderful. The staff are more than helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are great and the food is fantastic, topped by the friendly, professional staff. All staff members are lovely and exceptionally helpful. The only negative comment was from one guest who felt some of the staff seemed stressed and overloaded. Overall, Trefloyne Manor's staff are amazing, making it a must-visit for anyone looking for a fantastic hotel experience!
