The food service staff were professional and friendly, while the bartenders and service staff were entertaining and friendly. Even before we knew what we needed, the service staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect--from putting fresh flowers around our room everyday to folding our towels into unique animal shapes. The management here makes you feel extra special, truly thinking of your needs before you do. On top of all this, the hotel is stunningly beautiful and the beach is amazing with great food to boot. We highly recommend the extraordinary friendly and attentive service provided by the staff here at Hotel Tugu Lombok.
