SURFERS CHALET COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES We are looking forward to welcoming you, your family, and friends to Surfers Chalet with the priority of taking care of your safety during the COVID-19 epidemic and beyond. With this in mind, we have launched enhanced cleaning procedures and guidelines with our cleaning team for the apartments and the operation of the building. Surfers Chalet is a COVID Safe APP user and we encourage all guests to download the app.

o All our cleaning team are participating in increased personal hygiene standards utilising gloves, masks, and antibacterial hand sanitiser available to them on their trolleys
• Common Areas
o Including all entrance and exit doors, foyers, lifts, handrails, apartment keys, pool and seating, intercoms, after hour key safe, reception, reception counter, foyer furniture, fire exit doors, door handles, have rigorous cleaning protocols requiring that all surfaces are thoroughly treated with disinfectants
o We have increased frequency of cleaning through all common areas
o Social distancing practices will be adhered to until no longer required by Australian Health Authorities
