The owners are charming and responsive and they create a warm and cozy atmosphere. Guests feel safe during COVID times and the service is excellent. The staff is always available to assist and the response time is quick. They make sure you have everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Even in unforeseen circumstances like getting locked out of your room late at night, the owner is always willing to help. Though some guests didn't have direct contact with the host, they felt her warm and attentive presence throughout their stay. Overall, the staff at Ten Ocean View is one of the highlights of the stay and they guarantee a fantastic experience.
