Dinner
St. Brelade's Bay Hotel is highly recommended for its exceptional food. Guests have raved about the fabulous dining experience with the restaurant and bar on site garnering equally high praise. The food was fantastic with dinner being excellent value for money. The staff serving at dinner and breakfast were great with many guests enjoying their experience tremendously. However, there were some average experiences with a few guests finding the food to be only okay. The hotel is also in close proximity to The Beach House, Pizza Express and Crab Shack, for those looking to dine outside the hotel. Despite a few hiccups such as waiting time at the bar and understaffing, many guests were thrilled with their dining experience at St. Brelade's Bay Hotel.

Rooms
St Brelade's Bay Hotel offers a comfortable stay with some beautiful sea view rooms. The hotel has a spacious gym, but some of the rooms are smaller than expected and do not have air conditioning or a fridge. Some guests noted carpet on the floor and no slippers in the bathroom. However, it was nice to find a single room with a balcony and sea view, which is not always available in most hotels for single travellers. While some rooms lacked drawer space or air conditioning, most guests found the beds comfortable and enjoyed the amazing views from their rooms. The hotel decor was a little dated in some areas, but rooms were generally spotless and bright. There were a few negative reviews about shabby rooms or poor maintenance, but most guests seemed perfectly happy with their stay.

Cleanliness
St Brelade's Bay Hotel is a modern and beautiful gem that boasts immaculate cleanliness with guests confessing it to be 'very clean' and 'superb'. The hotel offers outstanding flower displays that will make any guest feel refreshed from the moment they enter. The rooms are equally stunning with many mentioning that their room was absolutely spotless, light and airy. Facilities at the hotel are clean and fresh with many reviewers complimenting the lovely products on offer. However, there were a few negative comments stating that some spots in the room had not been cleaned prior to check-in and the water sealant on the shower door was mouldy, which was unpleasant. Some reviewers also complained of hair in multiple places of the rooms, very badly stained bed linen and water-marked glasses, which looked unclean. Despite these minor concerns, St Brelade's Bay Hotel is a lovely and clean modern hotel, though some areas could do with some TLC.

Staff
The staff at St Brelade's Bay Hotel are consistently praised by guests as being wonderful, friendly and helpful. They are described as attentive but discreet and are always willing to go above and beyond to assist guests. The hotel is said to be very family-friendly with staff that work hard to provide a first-class service. Some guests mention specific staff members by name, such as Victor the hotel manager, Gary the reception manager and Hugo the restaurant manager. While there were some comments about staff being distracted or lacking in training, overall guests agree that the professionalism and friendliness of the staff is exceptional. Whether at the front desk, in the dining room or at the pool bar, guests consistently say that the staff make their stay at the hotel truly special.

Spa
If you're looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience during your stay at St Brelade's Bay Hotel, then you won't be disappointed with their top-notch spa facilities. Guests have access to a massive gym and gorgeous pool - perfect for a workout or a refreshing dip. The spa centre is lovely, offering a wide range of spa treatments and classes, but be sure to book your treatments in advance as they tend to fill up quickly. Guests have raved about the excellent staff and amazing health club with one guest even thanking Monica for a lovely facial. Lovely toiletries and robes are provided for your convenience. The outdoor pool and spa are also popular with visitors, although some have noted that more staff are needed to keep up with the demand. All in all, a spa experience at St Brelade's Bay Hotel is not to be missed.

Pool

The pool area, which includes both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, is spacious and well-maintained with sparkling clean water. Guests have access to a fitness centre and spa with a large gym, sauna, tennis court and indoor and outdoor pool jacuzzi. The swimming pool is a particularly good size with lots of different areas to relax on a lounger. There is even a baby pool for the little ones. The outdoor pool is particularly lovely, set in beautiful gardens that are well-kept and feature a fantastic view. Sadly, it was closed during our visit. However, the heated indoor pool was a perfect alternative. There is also a children's pool to keep the little ones entertained. The pool and bar area were good and the surrounding pool gardens and beautiful grounds made for a relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor pool is fantastic when the weather permits and is in a particularly relaxing area. However, a group of people prevented us from swimming on one occasion, so do bear this in mind if you are looking for a peaceful swim. Overall, the pool area at this hotel is a highlight of the property and a perfect spot for sea swimmers or those who want to enjoy a relaxing swim in a beautiful setting.

Family
St Brelade's Bay Hotel is an excellent choice for families with children. With a very family-friendly atmosphere and plenty of activities laid on for kids, parents can relax while the little ones are entertained. One guest even had two rooms for their family of four, making their stay even more comfortable. The hotel has a pool that seemed to be a hit with the kids - one two-year-old was particularly fond of it.

The hotel seems to cater to a range of ages with one guest travelling with their 90-year-old mother and sister. Despite this, there was still a real family feel to it. There were lots of families with children and it's clear that this is an excellent location for a family holiday.

Overall, the reviews were very positive with guests saying they hoped to come back and even party with their family at the hotel. So if you're looking for a family-friendly hotel that offers plenty of activities for kids, St Brelade's Bay Hotel is definitely worth considering.

Outdoor Pool
The stunning location of St Brelade's Bay Hotel offers great facilities including an indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and tennis court. The hotel's lovely outdoor pool and gardens provide a relaxing atmosphere when the weather permits. Unfortunately, during some visits, the outdoor pool was not open which was disappointing for some guests. However, those lucky enough to use the heated outdoor pool enjoyed the well-kept gardens and found the area to be very relaxing. Overall, the fantastic location and comfortable quality of the hotel along with the nice pools made for a great stay.
