This oasis boasts a great location and amazing pool areas that truly set it apart from other resorts in the area. Situated in close proximity to some of the best restaurants for food and nightlife, guests can enjoy great convenience when exploring the surrounding area. The resort's location also provides ample opportunity for shopping, making this destination ideal for retail therapy. Guests love the water and palm trees that create a serene and relaxing atmosphere throughout the property and the architecture of the hotel is also a major selling point. With a separate pool for adults, this resort is perfect for those looking to unwind and soak up the sun. What's more, the location is spot on with easy access to restaurants, attractions and shopping. But the real draw of this resort is its stunning grounds - just beautiful!

Although some staff members seemed exhausted, they still tried to be friendly and some were professional and exceptionally helpful. However, some of the bell staff could be rude and unpleasant, but overall, the positive experiences with the staff outweighed the negative. The only drawback was the lack of urgency and service due to some employees' absence resulting from being understaffed. Nonetheless, fast service and friendly staff, great customer service and a beautiful resort made it worthwhile.
