Breakfast
The breakfast at the Inn & Spa at Loretto has received mixed reviews from guests. While some guests have found the breakfast to be basic with limited options and at an expensive price, others have absolutely loved it. The restaurant serves incredible food with options for gluten-free diets. The breakfast spot is great and some guests wish it was included in the high room fee. A few guests were disappointed that the restaurant was not open for breakfast/brunch. The slow service, cold oatmeal and undercooked eggs were a downside for some guests who had breakfast two mornings. Despite mixed reviews, a vast majority have found the breakfast at the Inn & Spa at Loretto to be very good and convenient.

Dinner
The Inn & Spa at Loretto offers on-site dining at its restaurant, Luminaria, which was described as excellent, delicious and awesome by guests. The restaurant's bar was also praised and described as nice. The service at the restaurant received mixed reviews with some guests stating it was limited while others had a great experience with it. While some guests found the food to be mediocre or in need of improvement, others found it to be very good. Unfortunately, some guests were unable to try the restaurant's dinner due to it being closed for private events or not answering reservations. One guest had a negative experience with both room service and the restaurant, describing the food as awful and the service underwhelming. Another guest had a negative experience with a bartender who was unwelcoming. Despite some of the negative experiences, many guests enjoyed their dining experience at the Inn & Spa at Loretto.

Rooms
The Inn & Spa at Loretto boasts comfortable and spacious rooms with beautiful decor and outstanding design. Some guests noted that the rooms were a little dated for the price they paid, while others appreciated the recently refitted rooms. The hotel offers a variety of room types, including king size rooms and corner suites with terraces, but some guests found the rooms a little small, especially when it came to storage space for luggage. The hotel's historic character and Southwestern decor add charm to the rooms, but some guests noted that the dark hallways and sliding restroom doors were inconveniences. Overall, the rooms were clean and well furnished with great linens, pillows and beds, although some guests did find the beds uncomfortable. A few guests also had issues with room maintenance and amenities such as a malfunctioning bathtub plug and non-functioning TV. Despite these few negative reviews, most guests were satisfied with their stay and appreciated the cozy atmosphere and location of their rooms.
