Visiting this beachfront location and enjoying the oceanfront view will leave you with an excellent impression. The location of the hotel can't be beat, whether you prefer walking or renting a golf cart, there is entertainment mere steps away. It's undoubtedly an excellent location to stay and it's highly recommended.

The staff goes above and beyond to make sure their guests feel welcomed and comfortable. From the friendly and accommodating reception, to the daily cleaning, each staff member is kind, caring and respectful. Miss Ana is always checking to see if you need assistance, while Miss Annie and the rest of the crew couldn't be nicer or more helpful. The outstanding service from each staff member encountered during our stay was exceptional. They are professional, responsive and extremely accommodating. Not only did they walk us to our room upon arrival and show us around, but they even scheduled our Covid tests when we were heading back home. Freundlicher Empfang! With such great helpful staff, it's no surprise why guests rave about the superb guest service at The Palms Oceanfront Suites.
