Coral Reef Club boasts a team of excellent staff who go above and beyond to ensure guests have a delightful stay. Though some guests felt that responses to requests were slow and inefficient, the staff were mostly described as attentive, friendly and helpful. Nigel was singled out as being knowledgeable and helpful. Despite a room problem that took several interactions with different staff members to sort out, guests still felt that the staff were well-trained and attentive to their needs. From the front of house team to the gardeners, all staff members were praised for their service. The staff made guests feel welcome from the moment they arrived with VIP service and excellent guides. Although some guests had negative experiences with certain staff members, this does not detract from the overall high level of service provided by the dedicated Coral Reef Club staff.
