The Hilton Trinidad & Conference Centre boasts an excellent location with breathtaking views of the Central Park and city. Although some guests felt the hotel was a bit isolated for walking around, the location was praised for being conveniently accessible and close to Port of Spain. The hotel offers great facilities and restaurants and the rooftop balcony offers fantastic views of the capital. For nature lovers, the hotel is situated near Queens Park Savannah with plenty of outdoor spaces to relax. Overall, the location was highly recommended with a number of positive comments, making it a fantastic stay for guests.

Breakfast

The Hilton Trinidad & Conference Centre offers an amazing breakfast spread with great variety and flavour. Guests absolutely loved the omelette station and Antonia's sweet service. Elegant food stations featuring the freshest local fruit and juices, as well as lactose-free milk for those with dietary restrictions are included in the breakfast. The exceptional dining experience exceeded guests' expectations and was surrounded by stunning views. Despite some reduced quality and choice due to COVID-19, breakfast was still a must-try experience. Overall, breakfast at the Hilton Trinidad & Conference Centre was great and had plenty of options to choose from.

Dinner

The dining and activity options are also wonderful, making it the perfect destination for a relaxing, stress-free vacation. Guests can enjoy the hotel's pool facilities and the services of the pool staff, who were described as extremely friendly and fun. In particular, Gizelle and Michael received high praise for their amazing hospitality. The front desk staff were also wonderful with many guests commending their helpfulness and professionalism. However, a few guests did report negative experiences with some members of staff, but overall, the level of customer service provided by the majority of staff was superb.

The Hilton Trinidad & Conference Centre boasts a fantastic pool area featuring a lovely swimming pool that is clean and quite large. Guests can enjoy the poolside bar and ample sunbeds. Families will appreciate the kid-friendly and relaxing atmosphere poolside. The pool facilities were fantastic and the pool layout and area were beautiful. Sanitary practices during the Covid pandemic were visibly practiced throughout the hotel and pool area. Although rare instances were noted where no staff was present and some guests were unable to use the pool due to large lumps of bird poop, overall the pool received high praise and guests were delighted to have the entire pool to themselves at times.
