Staff

Airways Hotel is a lovely place to stay, where guests can enjoy comfortable facilities and excellent service. The staff are friendly, accommodating and always ready to help with anything. Majority of the staff were fantastic with the bar staff being notably friendly and helpful. The customer service is always excellent, as guests often mention how the staff go above and beyond to make their stay enjoyable. Although there were some isolated incidents where guests encountered problems with staff, these were quickly fixed by the reception staff. The hotel is highly recommended for its nice facilities, good food and happy hours and of course, its helpful and pleasant staff.
