Unfortunately, the ski room and ski service didn't meet the usual standards expected of a five-star hotel. Despite this, the hotel's friendly and helpful personnel made up for it. While some guests found breakfast and other services a bit underwhelming and not quite up to five-star expectations, the Crans Ambassador did not disappoint overall.
