Location

Melia Bali is a beautiful beachfront resort located in the upscale and tranquil area of Nusa Dua, providing a clean and uncrowded beach getaway. The grounds are impeccable and guests have direct access to the beach with several surf spots just a few minutes away. There are plenty of free activities to enjoy, such as yoga and beach walks. In addition, there are several restaurants and a shopping mall close by with Zahra spa just a walking distance away. Although the resort is located in a secluded area, guests can easily walk to nearby markets and restaurants without any problems. The location of the resort is perfect for those looking for relaxation, peace and quiet away from the world's hustle and bustle.

Breakfast

Melia Bali hotel offers an exceptional breakfast with a lot of food varieties, plenty of choices and a fantastic selection of sweet and salty meals. Some guests described the buffet breakfast as incredible and well presented. Local fruits were also available to guests. However, a few guests mentioned that the breakfast buffet could be chaotic and poorly stocked, especially during peak hours. Nevertheless, overall, guests were very satisfied with the breakfast options at the hotel, which were described as very good, great and fantastic with wide variety and generous portions. Additionally, access to 'The Level' facilities and separate breakfast space was worth the additional cost since it was air-conditioned, quieter and gave guests use of a huge adults/guest only pool.

Dinner

Melia Bali offers an all-inclusive package that is worth it for the inviting poolside and beachfront dining options available. The selected restaurants are of good quality and offer delicious food with the beach restaurant in particular receiving high praise. However, some guests found the buffet dinner to be overpriced and disappointing. The limited vegetarian options were a downside for some, but others enjoyed the breakfasts and dinners at the main restaurant. Some guests felt that the overall pricing for food and drinks at the resort was expensive compared to local options and wished there were more affordable and diverse options. The resort offers a shopping center with many restaurant and café options or guests could venture out to the city for dinner. Despite some negative reviews of the food, the majority of guests enjoyed the dining options at Melia Bali.
