However, some guests felt that the spa area and facilities were smaller than expected and that the rooms felt a bit dated. Despite this, the pool, sauna and plunge pool were all fabulous and very clean with lovely staff attending to guests' needs. Many guests enjoyed massages and treatments at the spa while some were disappointed that they couldn't get an appointment. The outdoor hot tub and rooftop jacuzzi were a hit among guests.
