Though the hotel and spa may be expensive, they are well worth the expense according to guests. However, it's important to book spa services well in advance as they tend to fill up quickly. Guests who did manage to enjoy the spa services found them to be excellent. The spa facilities and gym unfortunately had to close temporarily due to COVID-19, but when open they are fabulous amenities. The one downside is that the spa is not open on Sundays and some guests had difficulty booking due to high demand. Despite a few hiccups, the consensus is that the spa at The Hacienda is excellent and worth visiting.
