The hotel's main hall with its fireplaces and wooden logs is exceptional. Many guests have described the hotel as magical and amazing with beautiful rooms and excellent hotel services that meet the expected 5-star ranking. However, a few guests did not find the hotel up to their standards and found it overrated with poor management and service unworthy of a hotel of this level.
