The breakfast quality was poor and plastic bottles of water had to be bought without being served with a glass. Some guests experienced mediocre food and overpriced drinks and some even found the hotel overpriced. Additionally, the service wasn't to the level of a 5-star international hotel and some staff didn't speak English properly, making communication difficult. Despite this, some guests have had an exceptional experience and highly recommend the hotel.
