Covid-19 restrictions affected the breakfast experience with some guests complaining about the brown bag breakfast and lack of variety, but overall, the hotel still manages to provide a good breakfast given the restrictions. Guests appreciate the free coffee and grab-and-go options. The staff in the breakfast area are welcoming and efficient and some guests shout out to specific staff members for their kindness and friendliness. Some rooms are fairly large, allowing for a comfortable stay with family or friends. The hotel's cleanliness is a standout feature with everything being very clean and tidy. On the downside, some guests noted a dated appearance and an unpleasant smell in some of the rooms and a few experienced uncomfortable beds and noisy surroundings.
