The hotel staff are helpful in every way possible and although we requested 2 beds, we were upgraded to a King room which we were happy with. There's lots of space for kids to play and run around and the pool is great for them - my son loved it! However, it can get busy during the weekends and school holidays, so it might not be the best time to relax in the pool and spa area if you're looking to relax. Nevertheless, they really cater to kids with plenty of activities to keep them entertained. Plus, the hotel is in a great location where you can easily walk to the casino and shops without having to walk outside in the heat. It's a perfect place for both couples and families with kids.
