Although some guests mention slow service, this seems to be due to the hotel being severely understaffed, which in no way detracts from the high standards set by the hotel's exceptional staff. Overall, The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain, is a wonderful place to stay thanks to its wonderful staff, who will go out of their way to ensure that every guest leaves satisfied.
