Plus, the excellent service and room upgrade opportunities make for an even more fantastic experience. The suites are incredible, offering stunning facilities that will leave you awestruck. The beds are especially comfortable, providing a cozy and restful sleep. And if that's not enough, the mini bar is free! The only downside seems to be the air conditioning in some rooms, but overall, Galaxy Macau is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Oh and we can't forget to mention the exquisite shower products - all Hermes!

Numerous reviews praised the friendly and helpful staff and many guests mentioned specific individuals who stood out in terms of their attentiveness and thoughtfulness, such as Ms. Goretti at the front desk and bellboy "JR". The hotel staff were also described as polite, attentive and welcoming, providing excellent service and making guests feel at home.
