Nestled on the banks of the mesmerizing Zambezi River, The David Livingstone Safari Lodge & Spa offers a stunning location for a relaxing stay. Guests can enjoy the beautiful gardens and breathtaking views of the river from their rooms. The lodge is within easy reach of various attractions and activities, making it a perfect base to explore the area. Spectacular river views can be savored from every room, adding to the charm of this lovely location. Overall, the location of the hotel is almost unbeatably good and guests couldn't help but be saddened to leave.

Breakfast

Guests of aha The David Livingstone Safari Lodge & Spa rave about the delicious breakfast available at the hotel. The buffet breakfast is surprisingly good offering a variety of options to satisfy everyone's taste buds. In addition to the breakfast, the hotel also serves delicious cocktails and evening food. Although there were limited choices, the breakfast was more than adequate and organized as a buffet-type. Some guests even used the word "fabulous" to describe the delicious petit-déjeuner. Overall, the breakfast was a highlight of the stay, however, a few guests felt that there could be more attention to detail with the bread and juice options offered.

The staff at The David Livingstone Safari Lodge & Spa are exceptional and cater to every need. They are always friendly, smiling and amazing. Jacqueline was particularly super throughout our stay. The head chef is friendly and ensured that we, as vegans, were catered to. While some guests experienced slow service in the bar/restaurant area, the staff were lovely and attentive. Overall, the hospitality of the staff is very friendly with many guests praising their helpfulness and attentiveness. The entire staff of the hotel was extremely polite and helpful.
