Coconut Lagoon Kumarakom- CGH Earth is a beautiful property located in God's own country, surrounded by natural beauty and utilizing local environmental and cultural practices. The location is perfect, right on the backwaters with breathtaking views and lush greenery all around. However, some guests found it difficult to arrive due to the narrow road and lack of display boards. Once arrived, the location and ambience were exceptional, offering an authentic experience of God's own country. The property is a traditional Kerala architecture style and lakefront, allowing for beautiful views and water activities like kayaking. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is great, making for a safe and enjoyable stay. The serene and sublime location is the key selling point with a 20-minute boat ride from the private parking area adding to the unique arrival experience. If you love nature but want luxury, Coconut Lagoon is the perfect destination.

They're exceptionally friendly and accommodating, never hesitating to go out of their way to assist guests with whatever they may require. With adequate staff around, guests can relax and feel pampered as they're taken care of with lovely service. The staff's hospitality is top-notch and their incredible service, coupled with the amazing location, creates an overall highly hospitable environment.

However, some guests did face issues with certain staff members showing attitude when putting up the luggage into the jetty. Additionally, a few guests have mentioned that the hotel may be understaffed, leading to delays while checking in and out with some staff behaving impolitely towards guests. The stunning property in Kumarakom offers the best backwater stay experience. The hospitable staff and their amazing location make this hotel second to none. It is an amazing option for a luxurious stay that is nice and comfortable, not to mention hygienic. Guests have celebrated momentous occasions at Coconut Lagoon and have had a wonderful and peaceful stay. The CGH Earth Coconut Lagoon experience was superb and exceptional, making it the best place to stay in Kerla. However, one reviewer felt that it was highly overpriced for a 4-star facility and felt like a prison. Nonetheless, the excellent property and good hospitality made the stay a pleasant one.
