The attitude of the staff at reception was noteworthy and the best meeting was with Mr. Protik. However, guests should manage their meals as the restaurants can be fully booked and may not be able to provide anything for staying guests apart from the all-day dining cafe. Due to Covid restrictions, the cigar lounge and dum pukht were closed for guests. The hotel may benefit from better training or adding staff to cater to guests.
