The beautiful decorated entrance gives a glimpse of what awaits inside. The views from the hotel are incredible, especially the beautiful river view. The location is simply amazing in every way, the waterfront and river location being the icing on the cake. It's a perfect place to relax and switch off, surrounded by stunning scenery and beautiful grounds. Guests have praised the hotel's excellent location and facilities, describing it as a superb and amazing setting. It's a great hotel for walking along the waterway, the falls, local low traveled road, woods and cemetery. The food, service and location have been described as amazing with beautiful views. Overall, an exceptional environment to enjoy a peaceful stay in the heart of nature.

The rooms are solid, quiet and well-decorated with fabulous furnishings and fluffy towels and dressing gowns. Guests have access to excellent en-suites and lovely views of the falls, making it a perfect place for those looking for a luxurious getaway.

The staff at Sheen Falls Lodge were exceptional, according to guests. They were extremely welcoming, friendly, attentive and willing to help with anything guests needed. The attention to detail was outstanding and all staff members were knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The porter in particular was superb and understood what good service meant. Guests especially praised the concierge, named Sean, as the highlight of their stay. The staff made the stay at the hotel a wonderful experience, offering a lovely welcome drink and excellent service. Even the bar staff were helpful and considerate. Some guests did have negative experiences with a few staff members, but overall, the staff were regarded as pleasant, courteous and professional. Staff members conversed in French as well and the hotel was highly recommended for its high-quality hospitality.
