Garden View Chalet The garden view chalets at Santani are designed for families with children (above 12) and hence located away from the main area of the resort. These are situated in an area with a small paddy field on one side and a tea plantation on the other. Two chalets are connected to each other through a common open area. One of the two chalets are specifically designed for children between 12 - 15 years with no balconies and other safety specifications. All chalets have a glass wall that provides unhindered views of the lush vegetation surrounding the area. The walking distance from these chalets to the main lounge and restaurant is about 10 minutes but Tuk Tuk shuttles are available to shuttle guests from these chalets to the main facilities.

This unique retreat is situated at the heart of the mountain ranges and offers incredible scenic hikes for its guests. Although the road towards the hotel is quite narrow, the drive is well worth it. Living in real jungle is a novel experience that guests of the resort truly enjoy. The location of the hotel is undeniably beautiful. Visitors constantly rave about the incredible views, from the valley to the sunset. The landscape is absolutely spectacular, in the middle of nature and connecting with the wildlife that surrounds the resort is a unique experience. The design and architecture complement the breathtaking location of this amazing retreat. Enjoy lovely walks around the area or simply spend time in your room that opens up to incredible valley views. As evening approaches, witness amazing sunsets and listen to prayers from the temples. Santani Wellness Kandy location is truly one of its most outstanding features.

The Mountain View rooms are a must-see and the views from the balcony are simply amazing. Keep in mind that the rooms resemble loggias, meaning wooden bars instead of walls. This setup allows nature to be part of your stay, so you might hear birds, monkeys and the sounds of nature, giving you the feeling of camping. Staff is wonderful and the food is delicious, offering a complete and perfect experience for guests. Definitely a great choice, even if the rooms could be better insulated.
