With a location about 20 minutes from the city, this hotel is perfect for those looking for a peaceful escape surrounded by nature. The property itself is beautiful and guests can even spot elephants, camels and horses on the approach road. The hill view is stunning, providing a nice backdrop for relaxation. While the approach road may be congested, the location is far from the crowds of Jaipur. Overall, the hospitality and location make The Oberoi Rajvilas a great base for exploring the surrounding area.

Breakfast

The Oberoi Rajvilas Jaipur offers a breakfast spread with loads of variety and freshness, including delicious dosas and customised options available outside your room. While some guests note that the breakfast options were limited or lacked authentic flavor, many rave about standout dishes such as egg Benedict, French toast, baked yogurt with mango glaze and the Rajasthani thali. The largest villa, Kohinoor, comes with a private pool. Guests appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, such as the reading nooks, working space and four-poster beds. The dressing rooms and closets were nice and cosy and the bathrooms were unique and had glass walls overlooking a small green area covered by foliage and a wall. The step-down plunge bath was as beautiful as it was inviting. Guests who experienced ant issues were in the minority. The property is surrounded by lovely buildings and birds are everywhere. The hospitality, rooms, gardens, mandir and food were all exceptional and the rooms themselves were gorgeous and superbly clean with all accessories. The property is also perfect for those looking for a special upgrade or an intimate escape, as some guests received upgrades to the luxurious tent suites, which were perfect according to one guest's review. On top of all these positives, The Oberoi Rajvilas Jaipur offers fantastic comfort, refinement and excellent views of the Taj Mahal, making it a great choice for a luxurious stay in India.
