The Turkish restaurant is delicious and the breakfast options are diverse, including vegan and vegetarian options. While not all staff members were deemed friendly, the exceptional service provided by the majority of the staff was highly appreciated. The rooftop pool and stunning views of Istanbul add to the overall luxurious experience. Despite some guests finding the location not ideal and difficulty in finding taxis, the Fairmont Quasar Istanbul Hotel is still highly recommended as a five-star hotel and one of the best hotels in Istanbul.
