The location is perfect, surrounded by beautiful outdoor areas and there are plenty of activities to keep kids entertained for a couple of days. The spa is lovely and diverse with equipment available for children and parents and even TV with aqua aerobics training. The hotel is very accommodating to families with rooms with separate areas for children, nice play areas for kids and a focus on ensuring children are noticed during the entire stay. However, some guests have noted that the hotel needs to update certain areas and there were some issues such as the lack of basic equipment like slippers and towels for triple bookings and some guests complained that adults and children were "ronking" food. But overall, the hotel provides organized meals with a side dish of potatoes and vegetables and there are also options to order wine. Finally, most guests have given great feedback about the pet-friendly rooms, which were very well arranged.
