Location

The Murray, Hong Kong, a Niccolo Hotel boasts a fantastic location that is highly praised by guests. Perfectly situated next to the beautiful Hong Kong Park, the hotel offers stunning views of the surrounding skyscrapers. While it is surrounded by busy traffic lanes, guests found it conveniently located within walking distance to the Central District, Admiralty and Wanchai. The MTR station is also a short 7-8 minute walk away. Any inconvenience caused by the walkway closing from Hong Kong Park to the hotel during the night was outweighed by its prime location, making it a great choice for travelers who want to be near major attractions in the city.

Breakfast

The breakfast at The Murray, Hong Kong, a Niccolo Hotel has received rave reviews from guests. The food is exceptional with a fantastic quality of breakfast. Guests love the semi-buffet breakfast with main course options suitable for vegetarians/vegans. While extra buffet options could be expanded to accommodate vegans, guests were happy to find soy milk, cereal, fruits and congee as vegan options, while yoghurt, cheeses and pastry desserts were vegetarian. The breakfast was delicious with a buffet option and made-to-order main course items. However, some guests felt that main courses for breakfast should not have been brought out to the table so quickly given that guests needed time to finish the buffet choices. Overall, the breakfast food is yummy and guests have experienced exceptional service from one of the managers of the Cotton Tree restaurant. It's worth noting that breakfast stopped being served on Boxing Day at 1130. The environment is fantastic and guests leave with a great impression of the breakfast. 朝食が最高でした, 早餐非常優秀, 早餐很好吃，环境很好.

Rooms

The Murray, Hong Kong, a Niccolo Hotel boasts of beautifully appointed rooms with modern and elegant decor and furnishings. Guests are treated to amazing views of the St. John Cathedral from the quiet, spacious and comfortable rooms. The beds are soft and very comfortable with good quality bed sheets, pillows and towels. The rooms are also designed with thoughtful layouts, allowing guests to relax and work with proper desk space and automated blackout blinds. The bathrooms are spacious with perfect water pressure and heated toilet seats and the shower has 'magic' glass that switches from a window to opaque. The hotel also provides all the amenities expected of five-star properties. The staff are incredibly nice and attentive to guests' needs. However, some guests have complained of dust and mites in the rooms, but this is quickly remedied by the hotel staff. Overall, the Murray is a fantastic design hotel with an excellent room rate for a top-tier accommodation experience.

While there was one negative comment about unfriendly breakfast staff, the overwhelming majority of guests rave about the service and warmth of the staff throughout their stay.
