The hotel was very attentive to our family's needs, providing amenities like a baby cot, bottle sterilizer and hot milk maker for our 6-month-old baby. The hotel even went the extra mile to decorate the room and provide a less sweet birthday cake for my mom, who has diabetes. The balloons and cake for my grandma's birthday were much appreciated. The aesthetics of the rooms were well thought out, catering to families with slippery bathrooms being the only downside. Overall, it was a comfortable, luxurious stay for our family and we would definitely recommend K11 ARTUS to our friends and family.
