The hotel is well-situated and located near the center but is removed from the busy downtown area, offering a peaceful stay. The hotel is also located close to the gorgeous Lago Negro and has different restaurants within a 20-minute walk. The staff is known for being very polite and while some guests have had difficulty communicating in English, the hotel's location more than makes up for it. With its proximity to one of the portals of Gramado and the city center, travelers can explore the area with ease while enjoying a tranquil stay. Overall, guests think that the location, infrastructure and staff are incredible and the hotel's location near the city center but removed from the chaos of the city is the ultimate selling point.
