The resort is located far from town and other beaches, so renting a car is highly recommended to explore the island. While roads can be difficult to navigate, the location presents breathtaking views and wildlife. The area is remote and feels secluded, giving guests a private island feel, yet close enough to civilization to immerse themselves in the local culture. The closest beach has a seaweed problem, but there are other nice beaches nearby. While the location may not be for everyone, it is ideal for those seeking a peaceful, serene location. If you're looking for a location to relax, unwind and escape, this is the perfect spot.
Breakfast
Escape at Nonsuch Bay Antigua offers prompt and excellent breakfast service with a good choice of options but the variety is limited. However, guests enjoyed the food and the portions were very generous. Guests can choose a time slot for their lunch and dinner. Carl, a staff member, made a guest's last day special by preparing a delicious local breakfast. The selection at breakfast was very good with continental to full English options and daily specials. Unfortunately, there weren't enough options for vegetarians or non-dairy drinkers. Additionally, the dining area had a bird problem, but it didn't detract from the overall dining experience.
