Even with its secluded setting, guests can easily reach the nearby city on foot or by bike. The Villa Abbondanzi Resort boasts an incredible pool area with multiple pools available for guests to enjoy. Although the outdoor pools are not heated, the high-class location and beautiful buildings more than make up for this. The pool staff does an excellent job of maintaining the pools, which are surrounded by fantastic gardens and sun loungers. Guests did note that the staff uses a reservation system for sunbeds, but there are plenty available for everyone. The pools are also well-regulated with different zones assigned to different room categories. Guests can even enjoy lunch poolside at the on-site bar. Despite a few rare negative experiences with the pool staff, most guests loved the clean, organized and welcoming pool area provided by Villa Abbondanzi Resort.
