The employees are some of the kindest and friendliest humans in all of Ireland, providing superb service and attention to detail. Guests rave about the attentive and considerate staff who are always willing to work with you and help in any way they can. From the reception counter to the cleaning staff, everyone is extremely nice and welcoming. The waiting staff outrank most and the bubbliest person, Caroline, was just the best. Ann was also very helpful and kind during our stay. Breakfast was great and the staff were all very cheery. The hotel staff was the very best and we can't say enough about the quality of the accueil. It's clear the staff are a credit to the hotel, making it a perfect location with fantastic scenery, good food and very clean and comfortable accommodations.
