With awesome customer service, the team takes care of everything and they will go out of their way to assist you as soon as possible. The boss and owner are exceptional with personal touches and always making sure you're good. The manager is good at customer care and has a personal touch and staff members like Chamil understand little English but are willing to help. Although there was a language barrier, the staff and owner made me feel at home and welcomed. The staff is very friendly and helpful, truly amazing and always smiling and at your service. Marco, the chef, is also very accommodating and helpful and the receptionist, Blanqui, was at your service. The staff here is truly adorable with everyone from the management to the personnel correct and paying attention to the customer's needs. Overall, Tahiti Hotel's service and staff were fantastic, making for an unforgettable stay.
