Spa
The Bushtown Hotel & Spa offers guests a beautiful, clean and relaxing spa area with pleasant staff, excellent pool and sauna and great spa facilities. Others would have liked to have seen more space and options available, while some expressed that the massages were amazing. The leisure facilities, including the pool and jacuzzi, were ideal for unwinding, but locker availability and the limited time frame for spa use were issues for some. All in all, Bushtown Hotel & Spa is a lovely choice for a family getaway with plenty to keep kids entertained.

3 Star
Bushtown Hotel & Spa is a decent hotel with good facilities for a three-star rating. While mostly lovely, some guests were disappointed with basic and outdated furnishings. Despite being a nice hotel, the experience may be affected during peak wedding season when the guest areas, particularly the foyer, are constantly commandeered, resulting in long queues at the small bar. The food could be better with many plates going unfinished and the carvery was too overwhelming. Despite these shortcomings, it is a nice hotel that would suit its star rating.

Accessible

While accessibility was deemed easy overall, there were several complaints about specific accommodations. The disabled room lacked a handle to assist at the toilet and grab rails around the toilet were missing as well. Its location was seen as particularly advantageous, being situated in a quiet area with plenty of parking spaces and easy access from the main road. The rooms were found to be good value, but in some cases not without drawbacks such as late check-ins and no available space for a hairdryer.
