Although some felt there should have been sheets and pillows for the sofa beds, the staff professionally hosted a birthday party with a non-intrusive approach. While the extra bed may have been more suitable for a small child, getting to see Santa was a bonus for many guests. With 5 very happy customers, the hotel provides a really nice break for families, as well as hosting celebrations for up to 9 guests in the lodges. For those seeking relaxation, the hotel is a great place to unwind, but room access may be a bit complicated for those with babies. Despite some small inconveniences, guests rave about the lovely hot tubs, attentive staff with young children and exceeded expectations for special family and friend celebrations.
