Guests describe the location as great, good, ideal, convenient and perfect for visiting. It's located just across the moat from many good spots and a short walk away from a bar complex and the night market. The hotel is situated near the town centre and temples and only a short distance away from the Nimman area. The staff are described as perfect and the rooms super comfortable and cleaned every day. Although one guest didn't prefer the location since they had to cross a busy street every time they went to the old city, the majority of reviews praise the location as the best feature of the hotel with a Seven-Eleven nearby for convenient buys. Overall, the location is described as great for those wanting a bit of calm but also to be close to everything Chiang Mai has to offer.
