The hotel is also connected to the Confederation Court Mall and has an underground tunnel to the Confederation Centre. The central location makes it easy to explore all that Charlottetown has to offer with many key sightseeing spots and entertainment options just minutes away. Guests have described the location as excellent, convenient and perfect with easy access to everything. The hotel's staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable, making it a great choice for travelers looking for a well-located and pet-friendly hotel. Overall, The Holman Grand Hotel's location is a major highlight with guests often saying that it couldn't be any better.

It's an amazing location in downtown Charlottetown and even has a gym on-site. Some guests wished the swimming pool was bigger, but overall, it's a nice uncrowded pool that many families enjoyed with one guest even mentioning how their kids loved it! There's also a massage center adjacent to the swimming pool which adds to the overall relaxing experience.
