It's situated away from the hustle and bustle of Barcelona, but still easily accessible by a 20-minute drive or a short walk to the nearby railway station. The staff, particularly Eric at reception, are friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, including a great rooftop bar. The hotel is modern and well-equipped with parking available right in front. Though the proximity to the airport means noise from overhead planes, it's a small price to pay for the outstanding location and direct access to the beach. Some guests even had rooms with beach views! Overall, Hotel Playafels is perfect for those wanting to experience a nice vacation in Castelldefels with Barcelona just a train ride away.
