It is comfortable and clean and the specially designated children's area is spectacular. There is even a water park for kids! The accessibility for families with babies is very good and the staff is amazing with children. One guest highly recommends this place to people traveling with children, as they had an unforgettable family vacation. However, bear in mind that the Jacuzzi is on the side of the room and there is no privacy and the toilet is very small with a glass door which is unsuitable for families with children. Additionally, the resort does have a lot of children around, so there is only a very small area that's adults only. The only negative experience was that it was sometimes difficult to find something for the baby to eat. Overall, it is a fantastic resort for families with children and the staff, especially the children's activity team, go above and beyond to provide a great experience for kids.

The resort has a family area and plenty of pools, but some guests found the family pool too crowded and loud, so they preferred to go to the beach or adult-only pool. In general, the resort is highly recommended for families with lots of family fun activities, well-organized shows in the evening and plenty of dining options for both adults and children. However, some guests felt that there should be more entertainment options for younger children or better seating for parents in the kids' play areas. Overall, the resort is a superb choice for a family vacation with excellent facilities and activities for children and adults.
