The only negative comment about the pool was from a guest who mentioned a bad smell from their room above the pool. Overall, the hotel clearly invested in the pool and spa facilities as they are considered to be great and lovely by the guests.

3 Star
The Angus Hotel & Spa is a basic three star hotel that could use a renovation. Some guests found the rooms to be dated and in need of improving. However, some visitors thought the rooms were clean and lovely. Breakfast was a letdown for many guests, who found it terrible and overpriced. The restaurant quality was disappointing and the spa area was not what they expected. Waiting times to check-in and for the rooms to be cleaned were a common issue. The hotel is overpriced and breakfast not worth the hassle, although it may be a nice hotel for a short stay.
