However, accessibility for guests with disabilities can be challenging as there is no lift and some areas of the hotel are like a maze with too many stairs. Although there are accessible rooms, some guests found them small, badly designed and almost unusable with little thought given to their needs. On a positive note, guests appreciated the loads of lighting and plug points in the rooms and there were no other major issues to dislike. However, the entrance and signposting could be easy to miss. While the hotel doesn't meet document M standards, it still offers affordable accommodation in a pleasant setting.
