The Oterra hotel boasts a prime location which was a highlight for many guests. The hotel is situated near a major hospital and is surrounded by lush greens, providing a calm and serene environment for guests. The hotel is also well-connected to Electronic City and is easily accessible, making it a good choice for business trips. Guests were pleased with the proximity to shops, restaurants and other facilities, including pubs. Additionally, the location was deemed perfect and very good for the purpose of visit by many guests. In summary, guests have raved about the excellent location of The Oterra hotel.

Breakfast

The breakfast at The Oterra is a highlight of guests' stays. The buffet offers a wide range of options and the quality of the food is consistently good. Staff provide outstanding service, though some could benefit from further training. Vegetarian options are somewhat limited, but there are plenty of choices for other dietary requirements. Despite some negative reviews, calling the Chinese items pointless and the Idly and Crepes not great, the majority of guests rave about the amazing breakfast with lots of options. Overall, location and breakfast are praised with the only downside being when breakfast is not included.

The rain shower, big mirror, makeup mirror and LED lighting work wonders for guests' convenience. If your concern is the age of the rooms, some guests found them old and in need of some renovation, however, others found the rooms clean and well-maintained. But overall, the ambiance of the Large spacious rooms along with the excellent location and room service make The Oterra a comfortable and enjoyable stay with the added bonus of free upgrades to better rooms.
